Church
The Chapel in the Valley is a Wesleyan Reform Church located on Rempstone Road in Griffydam. It meets every Sunday both in church and online as well as hosting a Chat Cafe on Thursday afternoon. Everyone is welcome.

Public Transport
The 129 is a local Ashby to Loughborough bus service stopping at the villages and towns of Lount, Newbold, Peggs Green, Griffydam, Osgathorpe, Belton, Shepshed and Nanpantan. The service is provided by Leicestershire County Council and operated by Paul S Winson. Bus stops in Griffydam can be found on Top Road near the Tentas junction and opposite Batsons Court.
